Christian Katris is a versatile and skilled guitarist who regularly performs his crafted acoustic blues at local spots like Back 40 Ranch House Grill and Midway Mercantile Restaurant. With a rich, soulful sound that blends blues and a hint of Hawaiian influence, his performances offer a captivating mix of heartfelt rhythms and intricate guitar work that resonate with audiences.
During his college years, Christian leaned into what he knew about music and technology, continuing to carve out unique perspectives on both musical concepts and computing. In 2024 Christian recorded and released Some Other Blues EP, a live album recorded at Back 40 Ranch House Grill in Heber City, Utah. In 2025, along with Nate Robinson, he co-founded Local Talent US, a booking company focused on high quality.
Together with his band, Some Other Blues, they pack a full-swing punch guaranteed to deliver a fresh and energetic perspective on songs you know. The band is currently working on writing and recording all-original songs for an upcoming release.
