Steve Schuffert, known as “Classic Steve,” is a world-class guitarist, songwriter, and seasoned performer whose music journey spans over four decades. From rock arenas with Metallica to intimate acoustic sets in Park City’s most prestigious venues, Steve brings unmatched experience and heart to every performance.


A veteran of the music industry, Steve has been a member of four major label recording acts and has shared the stage with legends including Stevie Wonder, Bon Jovi, and Bruce Hornsby. His original songs have been recorded by icons such as George Jones, Kenny Rogers, and Tommy Castro. One of his most notable co-writes, “From a Stronger Place,” with T. Graham Brown, earned a Grammy nomination in 2015.


Now based in Utah, Steve has become a sought-after solo act, known for tailored acoustic performances that range from elegant background music to charismatic front-and-center sets. His extensive local performance resume includes venues like Montage Deer Valley, St. Regis, and Waldorf Astoria Park City, as well as large-scale events and weddings.


Steve’s instrumental prowess is second to none—he’s a multi-instrumentalist with credits on guitar, piano, mandolin, steel guitar, and more. He’s also a prolific producer and engineer, having run recording sessions in Nashville and beyond. His critically acclaimed solo albums and work with The Steve Schuffert Band have earned him fans across the U.S. and Europe, including performances at the world-renowned Montreux Jazz Festival.


His latest album, "Utah," pays homage to his adopted home and showcases his signature blend of blues, Americana, and instrumental storytelling. Whether it’s a heartfelt ballad or a bluesy improvisation, Steve’s music reflects a lifetime of artistic dedication and soulful expression.
